Wild that the embassy in Cuba thinks they would be allowed to import fuel for generators, after the US embargoed the fuck out of Cuba preventing them from getting oil shipments. The USA is run by clowns. I am so ashamed to be an American. Good on Cuba. Their response absolutely slaps.
