For a daily driver, zero ultra. For an occasional treat (or a pairing as recommended by your Monsterlier) green. Do they not get Ultra Violet where you are? That's one of my favorites and is this morning's breakfast.

because ive been doing that for a few months n im starting to get chest pain n nosebleeds so i must be weak
means i either have to stop or keep going to build up tolerance, probably the latter
also ultra violet is indeed goated
Not anymore -- I've been cutting back since I learned (thanks to Mexico's labeling laws) that it's really high in sodium. The caffeine isn't off the charts if you're replacing coffee/tea but you might want to get a checkup or at least check your BP.
