pasturization ruins the flavor. I guess if you can drink ultra pasturized your taste buds are lacking.
i had raw milk once when I visited a farmer who got their daily milk fresh from the tank after the morning milking. I can't drink even pasturized milk since then. (The girl didn't work out so that is all I got from the experience).
i don't drink milk. Fresh milk is good but now that I know the risks I won't risk it.

That's because of the cream layer thats on top of raw milk. Pasteurization didn't cause it, it was removed. Just add a little heavy cream to your milk.
The milk was stirred in the tank so the cream wasn't on top. I am comparing whole milk so approximately the same cream content.
