The lighting does look a little weird

Other elements make it look overcast but the lighting on the chest implies direct sunlight partially obscured by the car

Her shirt is partially wet. Maybe she was carrying a jug of oil for the lesbian oil fights and it leaked partially over her right boob. No big deal for a sexy soldier!
