oh yeah, i get u completely!!! doomerism and defeatism within impcore people is the most annoying grating thing only second to their explicit deflection of criticism, because in the end it sort of subverts any responsibility to do something better. like, even if you think it's difficult to organize there, you need to do something else like, well, there's no difference, and your analysis of "well, west can never organize or do anything" is just allowing yourself complicity in a New and Fresh way. cynicism and nihilism and defeatism do not belong to them (and of course, also never in the context of other revolutionary movements.) i entirely agree with you, my sentiment was really just "u ever make the joke my enemy is not american ruling class its american people as way of venting emotionally and someone takes it to be your actual stance and then relentlessly attacks you as if that was a serious reflection of your principles."
