Andrew Fucking Johnson. The president that drove reconstruction in a Confederate apologist manner. Had more of his desires been signed into law, the country probably would have had a follow up hot civil war a lot sooner.

I've always thought Buchanan and Johnson were probably tied for the worst president US history. Well I used to.
