Oh no, accepting remote workers with an upfront pay bonus is a recipe for disaster.

It's with the first paycheck though, so I suspect you don't get it if you get kicked out in the first month of probation.

Hard to hide being an idiot in a small company too.

Its just really hard to deal with remote workers outside your legal jurisdiction and the guy is very young with no corporate experience. It'd be fine if it was limited to his country or Europe.

If the person is a good worker its fine, I'm thinking of when things go bad between employer and employee.
