I find this particularly interesting—he’s got a blind spot on Iran, and I suspect he hasn’t shed received wisdom during his heyday, that Iran = axis of evil. I wonder if he thinks amendinejad is still president? So much about this whole thing seems like a dying fever dream of people who were last in their prime in the 90s…
