Had one 2 weeks ago that ruined my day. I just woke up confused and sad it was gone. It wasn't even that amazing of a dream but the feeling it left with me... ugh.

I hate that I only feel strong emotions in my dreams. A few years ago I realized how bad my depression was when I woke from a (completely mundane) dream feeling happy, only to realize that feeling was completely alien to me. It was like I'd been rating my happiness on a scale of 1 to 10 and it turned out the scale actually went to 100.

I also only really experience a full range of emotions while I'm dreaming. Waking up is always so depressing, even without the sudden reminder of how fucked up the real world is...
