I know cover songs can be hit or miss with rock people, but if you haven't you should listen to H.I.M.'s cover. They play in different keys but a lot of their music drew from BOC's sounds. There's a theramin solo, it's great

Shame they broke up. I think the male and female vocals on the track add to it.
