What gives it away?
Edit: I looked him up and most of the images the generates still look like absolute shit. The images in this post have a very inconsistent art style. It looks like one of those generations where it very obviously copied an existing art piece and made minor changes. It is a shame we live in a world were plagiarism is accepted simply because machines and big corpo did it and gaslit people into thinking it is something new. The biggest part that tears me up about all this is that you can't even find the original works that the image was generated from.
Honestly, nothing from this post gave it away. I liked the style and zooming on the picture I wasn't able to understand the technique used (digital, mixed media, embroidery, etc.). Also I wanted to find the artist somewhere I could follow him or at least see more pieces or in higher details.
But unfortunately while searching his name, I discovered that he use GenAI for his art (at least he's very open about it so there is that). I was at least expecting some sort of process that includes GenAi with more creative transformation or hand's on approach but I wasn't able to find anything. I might be wrong but I truly think he's just a prompt artists unfortunately 🫤 I wonder then who are the artists that were stolen to generate these pictures. If you know art close to this style please share the names. Thanks !
