And the main argument the article makes is that Russia has lost a lower percentage of available manpower than Ukraine, citing numbers from a Russian media outlet.

Mediazona is UK/Ukranian outlet, thinking that Russia lost a bazillion soldiers requires really high levels gullibility and chauvinism.
