Century eggs taste vaguely like soy sauce or something. They are good
I've never had it without congee or tofu. I don't feel like it's a food that you can just full send on its own, but it's an amazing flavor enhancer.
I full sent one at work once, would never do that again it tasted so bad. But that was also my first exposure to them and I imagine they're more of an acquired taste.

Oh yeah I just ate it with nothing else, it was truly an awful experience and not the way to eat a century egg especially not for your first experience to them.
Yeah it's pretty on par with like drinking a bit of soy sauce, not quite as salty but similar vibe. It's really such a topping
Full send means something like "fully committed" "just do it" "fuck it we ball"
so when he "full sent" it, it means he just ate the thing on its own
