Samus, Rosalina, Bowsette...who's the first woman?
Budget.
My vote is link from breath of the wild. The clump of hair over the left shoulder is too similar and the hair down the back is just if link didn't have a ponytail in.

Curious that the artist would choose pointy ears for Bowsette but not her, in that case!
If you go look up fanart for Bowsette, a lot of the ones with the ears exposed have pointed ears just like that. It's just a coincidence
There's a weirdly large variety of blond Nintendo characters. Zelda? Link? Peach?
Not Peach, Bowsette already has her hair and it's different. Not Link, she's not effeminate enough. Zelda, maybe, though her hair doesn't really match any incarnation exactly and the lack of pointy ears is noticeable. I never noticed that some depiction of Bowsette give her pointy ears, which is odd since Bowser doesn't have ears and she already has horns.
I love the implication that Link, a male twink, is more effeminate than a woman.
