Do you ever think about how disabled people come to see themselves as disabled? Like, it probably isn't an idea that occurs until after a certain threshold of mistreatment and then it finally makes sense.
I like that Homer lives in a setting where someone wrote a book and people just have a book to figure it out instead. Is that what this scene even was or was this just a throwaway joke?
This is from the episode king sized Homer. Where he was looking for ways to qualify as disabled and decided to gain weight to qualify for disability to get out of the power plant's newly required exercise program. It's the episode that he wore the moo moo dress.
