OK, as there's no reasonable way to confirm whether or not a woman has conceived or is pregnant early on, just say you might be pregnant forever and let them try to execute you. Human women are also capable of parthenogenesis so you don't even need sperm access.
In theory that should work, but you forgot that logic is not their strong point.
