Breaking into mar-a-lago with a shotgun is still crazy unless your plan is to be immediately killed.
You can be obsessed with things you should care about but in an unhealthy way.

Not that I normally trust cops, but I generally believe this...
They probably didn't yell "drop the gun" and wait for him to assume a firing position before killing him though...
