Idk if I'm preaching to the choir here but in case you don't know, clearing your throat is actually counterproductive to your voice efforts as it fucks w your vocal folds (according to my voice therapist). She did have advice on how to relax and "reset" them after clearing your throat though, happy to share if anyone wants in dms.

That's always so frustrating. Just say it. Why make everyone DM you separately instead of just putting it in a comment? It's not inappropriate, secret, legally questionable, etc, there's no reason not to just say it. Plus if someone stumbles upon their comment years from now who's to say they'll still be actively checking their DMs to respond?

Because its technically the materials of my voice therapist and I prefer to share it directly with the individuals that want it instead of placing it out in the open for every AI who wants to scrape it
