the second amendment has been a fail since the war of 1812
and for black people on this landmass it has been a fail at protecting them since 1600 or so.
2A needs gone
We all know that the Bill of Rights was never meant to protect black people, it worked as Madison wanted it to. Also, didn't exist until 1791, didn't apply to the states until McDonald v. Chicago in 2010. Slavery started in the English colonies in 1619. Hope I don't come off as an asshole, I'm genuinely trying to be informative, I do completely agree with you.
