Rules:
Most days i take 30 minute walk in nature and every second day i work out :) The body really likes to move, so its a way to take care of it and keep it healthy. Also affects my mental mood of course.
I know you were probably expecting a comment about eating cookies or something, but.. Yeah. :)
Me too, going to the gym on both days and on Sunday to the museum to see the current exhibition.
