He got arrested for what they have evidence to charge him with and have a reasonable chance of getting a conviction.
Pessimist in me is seeing this as "he done nothing wrong" sort of trial to try to protect him based on "evidence". If this even gets to trial. Its just an arrest and he was released on bail.
The evidence is clear cut and publicly released.
