I haven't watched the original movie in forever. I have read the whole series and watched the new movies... Need to give the David Lynch version another go. I liked it much better than the new one... which looks pretty but is stupid AF.
in what way is it stupid?
I could go on for a while but one example is they ended with Chani leaving Paul
huh, that didn't stick out to me, it's been awhile since i read the books.
i was more disappointed we didn't see any spice orgies though
Do yourself a huge favor... Find a copy of the Spicediver Redux edit.
It's an amazing job of re-editing and splicing in cleaned up deleted footage.
