I think we all long for the days where the boss made a dollar and we made a dime. That's a 10:1 ratio. With the current gap between CEO and worker it's more like boss made forty dollars and I made a dime.

And that's probably not taking into account that the really low-paid workers at highly-paid job sites, like tech company offices, are contractors (W-2 employees of a separate company with a lower payscale).
