I recently switched over from Lemmy.World, to Piefed.World, and I have been having issues.

I recently decided to try out Piefed.World, after using Lemmy.World for so long.
I'm a community mod, and, previously, when using my Lemmy account, the community information showed me this:
But when I access it via Piefed, it shows me this:
Is there an issue with federation, or......?

The instance (piefed.world) also feels somewhat slower.
Like it takes a bit for stuff to load.
Although, I'm not sure if it's actually the instance, or if I've just chosen a bad time to join, and they're having issues.

we're currently investigating a bit of DB slowness there. I hope we'll have that fixed soon.
this may be a result of changes in piefed since we updated to 1.6 a few days ago where we may need to adjust some tuning.
performance should already have improved a bit on certain queries, is this noticeable?
there are still a number of slow queries, but they'll probably have to wait for the weekend.
Yeah, it's definitely better.
