I think its important to remember that Central Americas are way more threatened by usa than the rest of the world. Even if they all banded together 100% they don't have the logistics or power projection to resist usa militarily. The fascist usaians would love it because the media could sell the alliance as a offensive pact and the only thing average usaians hate more than war is Indigenous Americans.

I do hope there is a plan beyond tactical retreats but until they figure out how to resist collectively it is probably better to play possum.
