Right... none. No charges. He learned his lesson.
It was just a little woopsy daisy while he was shitfaced. Who hasn't accidentally shot a person or two after downing a bottle of white wine? It's unavoidable.
What could we have done differently? It was out of our control.
We've tried nothing and we're all out of ideas.
