Imagine if there was a cap. Like the CEO can only earn 5 times as much as the nurses. That would still be more than enough (350k) and would leave enough money to double the wage of 360 nurses or hire that many new nurses at the same wage.

Yeah but then the CEOs won't be RICH and we can't have that :^( just think of all the work they do!!!!
