This file is a scan of a web printout of (once) publicly available data from the NY State Sex Offenders Database. Yet all the licence plates of all his vehicles and his Paris address are redacted, over 5 years after his death.
This is proabably the most blatant evidence so far the perpertrators, even when deceased, are being protected with redactions, which is a clear violation of the EFTA. {Sec 2.a.3 & 2.b, not to mention they failed to disclose why Sec 3.2}

I could see the address being redacted. Other people having nothing to do with this probably live there now, and may not even be aware the notorious previous occupant lived there. I couldn't imagine the 24/7 circus that would set up on the doormat if it was publicly disclosed.
