CGTN English should drop the 1 news reader format. They should use 2 or 3 and make the secondary presenters white to reach into the west more. It's also just generally more interesting to watch 3 presenters talking to each other instead of 1 presenter talking to the screen.

RT English get massively more reach (even while banned in most countries) and they get it because they don't put a visibly Russian dude with a noticeably Russian accent on as the primary presenter. They use presenters that look like the people they're trying to reach and that has an impact.
