Reminds me of one of my all time favorite tweets:

I was gonna say that things falling on floors happens indoors while rain is traditionally outdoors, but I imagine the terminal velocity of adult males plummeting from the sky would cause them to end their flights on a fair few floors anyway.
Do you not have floors outside where you live?
I'm trying to think of an outdoor floor, like maybe if it's got that temp flooring they put down under large tents for outdoor events I'd call it a floor. But even something like a tennis or basketball court, if it's outside I'd almost certainly call the surface "ground".
A tiled patio is in the middle between "ground" and "floor"
Like patios, and atriums, maybe. Boat and house decks probably qualify.
Just shows how much you can extend someone's life with modern medicine.
If they are rich.
And an asshole, that keeps people alive more than any medical science.
