Attempt was made. The recipe said to simmer the tomato base for five minutes and it should be ready for the eggs, but because I used crushed tomatoes, it took longer. Will report back after taste test. I'm just glad I actually made something, even if the capsicum wasn't julienned.
I look forward to your spaghetti bolognaise adventures. Then move on to lasagna ....
Tomato paste is KING.
Thank you. I think my next dish will be Pad Thai though, but spagbol does sound like a good idea.
