so early this morning I woke up with a headache again, this sucks

time to take action, do all the things I can to give myself a comfortable sleep and no headache. Switch off fan, put long hair in plait at night, be sure to sleep in comfortable position, turn down brightness on all devices , relax, have a nicely made bed, listen to relaxing things
