How would a 6502 with current technology be? (piefed.social)

The current CPUs use 3 or 5 nm transistors and run at MHzs and I was thinking how small and fast would be a 6502 or a Z80 with current tech?

Apparently https://hackaday.io/project/204693-worlds-fastest-commodore-pet-using-the-mcl65 is a drop-in chip running at 900mhz.
