Man baby is pissed artists and groups cancelled after he tacked his name on, so he's just going to burn it to the ground.

100% he closes it, starts the demo before plans to rebuild, then stops there.

I suppose that's moderately better than actually rebuilding into something nobody with any taste will touch with a ten thousand foot pole
