I didn't think she was ever inside after being asked to leave was she? If not then what law exactly do you believe was broken?
Well if she didn't do anything illegal then she should be released after being interviewed about the criminal activity that did happen.
What criminal activity! You don't raid a house to interview a witness dipshit. For a person named Occam's razor you really don't seem to understand the principal or basic logic for that matter.
She was arrested under allegations of criminal activity. Im not here to explain the laws or act like I have enough knowledge about the situation to say if she actually did anything illegal or not.
That's quite literally what you're doing.
All I know is what is read from official channels and from what some random person on the internet is telling what actually happened and how i should interpret it instead.
No one has told you what happened.
What are you talking about? There are a bunch of news articles about it. Now we just wait and see if the allegations stick or if it was trumped up in the first place. I don't even know what you are going on about.
None of the articles I've seen accuse them of a crime nor provide any proof.
Which one exactly and keep in mind two federal judges said there wasn't enough to charge.
The articles with an ounce of journalistic integrity, of which there are many, state what she was accused of, the circumstances under which she was detained. They do not state whether she is guilty or not because they don't know and because you don't know either. Everything else is speculation. Either the police will drop the charges or the courts will be determine. Actually not sure why I'm wasting time explaining things to someone who has no desire whatsoever to have a good faith discussion.
The only thing they've been accused of are charges about judge already threw out, they just went a different route to recharge the same charges with less ability for a judge to toss them out.
I guess this conversation has dragged on long enough that it looks like we have our answers. Enjoy this last opportunity to down vote me!
I'd rather not need to but you do you boo boo, I'm sure minimizing fascism is a proper blast when you don't get pushback.
