They are only angry now because they stopped being surreptitious and started attacking white citizens as well. ICE doesn't exist because the system is broken and the democracy is in threat. ICE exist because it is working exactly how it's supposed be.

Abolishing the capitalist state should be our minimum demand!

People are unaware because there’s not enough people to care for awareness to build. Racism is more systemic than individual.

I agree with your 2nd sentence. I don't follow on the meaning of the 1st. It reads as self-defeating, like it's impossible to build awareness because too few people are aware. I also just don't see that reflected in the reality. A kind of awareness appears to be building, at what pace is difficult to say, but people are out there trying.
