"As revolutionaries, we don't have the right to say that we're tired of explaining. We must never stop explaining. We also know that when the people understand, they cannot but follow us. In any case, we, the people, have no enemies when it comes to peoples. Our only enemies are the imperialist regimes and organizations." Thomas Sankara, 1985

It's a Tradcath account. They have a YouTube channel that posts videos with revisionist narratives about the Crusades, the Inquisition, colonization, and anything that makes the Catholic Church look bad. I assume he's just not against China and is in a right wing space that is otherwise very anti-China, so that's why he's dying on this hill? Kinda weird because most Catholics who aren't on the far left aren't fans of China for interfering with the Vatican's authority to name bishops and for regulating Christian missionary work. I wonder how this guy squares that circle.
The only thing I can suspect is that the Vatican has been more conciliatory towards China in the past decade for a variety of reasons, so maybe this guy is following the lead. But usually Tradcaths aren't huge fans of the Vatican because Trad-catholicism as an online phenomenon, and as a real-world one in a more limited fashion, is more concerned with the aesthetics of the Church than the actual religion. Really, the whole thing is about fetishizing what Catholicism was before Vatican II, i.e. before it was modernized. So usually guys like this have such a reactionary worldview it would be unthinkable for them to praise the PRC, even out of some paleo-conservative sentiment of not wanting the West to interfere with other countries (if they believed this, why glorify the Crusades?).
TLDR: This person is deeply unserious and probably grifting.
