Ha ha ha, good one. Most people have no idea what the actual processes are within their organisation, including management. If you could get people to understand and describe their own processes, you'd have a huge win, but good luck with that.

Especially since it might uncover that somebody has a task that has 5 hours alotted and takes 4 minutes.
