He had been dragged to the ground, kicked and punched repeatedly by multiple people and hit in the head with some sort of bat, he was unresponsive on the floor by the time the first shot is fired and then he's clearly already dead or dying and not moving at all when the rest of the shots are fired.
Huh? I think I was misunderstood here. I no way I wanted to downplay US gestapo here. I just wanted to tell the difference between these two images: In the first one a person seems to be forced to kneel in order to get executed by a shot in the head. The second image was already described by you very well.
The videos I saw over and over and over he tried to get up and these fascist orcs shot him in the head and this is the photo from that moment.
