For years tankies kept saying that no, Russia won't take over Europe, the US is the biggest threat, and you were called a Russian bot for it

Now Trump has shared a vid of him literally planting a flag on Greenland and calling it a US territory

it seems that there's people making a weird rule of three:

trump invaded europe in their fascist ambitions

trump is seen as a russian agent by liberals

ergo, putin invaded russia because the US would never invade

im very familiar with desperate lib cognitive dissonance on both sides of the coin but my fave part is when they just get openly conspiratorial in ways that are identical to any RFK-pilled antivaxxer maga guy. seriously it is so fucking beyond parody how libs of any VBNMW variety are just categorically unwilling/unable to acknowledge there is no difference between them and maga beyond the surface level, it really drives me nuts
