What about those of us who refuse to protest or organize because we'd prefer not to be active targets?
Ugh my therapist had to talk me down from going looking for trouble when I heard the goon squad came to a city near me.
If you're going to protest, or be like I wanted to and carry out some mischief, mask up, no phones, tell a trusted friend and nobody else. They are actively harassing anyone they can identify as being in their way.
If you don't stand up for your freedom you won't have it long.
When the fascist takeover is complete, all citizens will be targets. You are literally the person in that "First they came" poem.
Then you don't deserve freedom. You're literally not worthy of it.
Only women who are willing to fight off men deserve freedom? What kind of thinking is that?

All that most of us really need is the freedom to not be shot, to work for a decent living, and have enough bread and circuses to keep me going in the former two.
Most of us are descended from cowards, try not to be too ashamed of that.
