The baby on board stickers are too alert first responders that if they find the vehicle after an accident or some other emergency that they need to look for a tiny human as well as children/adults it's not too pressure drivers to get them to not drive crazy, there's really nothing for that. Just hang out by a school zone cross walk during release you'll find out just how good people are at deciding to drive safe for children and the law.

I don't think a permanent mark is a good idea for a warning. Emergency responders aren't stupid. Unless you're in a car with illegally tinted windows all the way around, they'll easily be able to visually clear most any wreckage a baby is going to survive.
