These states should stop sending money to poor republican states then as retaliation. That money could do a lot more within their own states anyway....

States do not send money to other states. States do not send money to the Federal government. Individuals send money to the Federal government.

We should already. Why the hell are we hemorrhaging money just to prop up The same idiots who keep voting against helping people.

I'd much rather spend the money helping people in my state.
