So I’ve never run into printing issues like this before and I was kind of wondering what this was called or how it happened πŸ€” does anyone know more about this kind of thing? Is it fairly common? I might keep it since I think it’s kind of neat. Thanks!

Yep, we call them error cards here. I'm more interested in the type of misprint, not that it just is one
