It frustrates me that they half committed to the anime aesthetic.

Anime mouth flaps have far less "surface area"; they're mostly a layer on top of the face.

Its from an episode of futurama ( an older episode i might add ) where they were some group of japanese action heroes full of super violent violence. Cant remember the episode name, or season, but nixon ends up editing the footage to censor it and make it "cute and loving". Its funny as hell

I don't know if it's an older episode, I seem to remember it being part of one of the seasons after it was cancelled once or twice

Fair, when somebody says newer stuff i just think of the hulu stuff haha.
This is pre-hulu for sure hehe
