Just returned back to work this week (I'm an IT Consultant), so kind of struggling to get back into that headspace after 3 weeks break. Also just found out the promotion I was meant to get when I returned is now coming in 3 months ๐ย

Thankyou!! Shame I have to wait until April now for it to go into effect, but at least I have something to look forward to now ๐
