Cybersyn, big data, variety engineering and governance by Raul Espejo
Its a paper on Cybersyn written by a guy involved with it.
If you are looking for other texts on economic planning, there has been an uptick in work done on this lately.
https://www.indep.network/ & https://www.democratic-planning.com/ are two places to look
Also "Economic Planning in the Age of Climate Crisis" is a short book and takes the linear programming approach. (One of the authors is a piece of shit, but it's worth downloading from Anna's Archive). Doubling the rec for Morozovs podcast The Santiago Boys. His article Digital Socialism is also worth reading.
Also, The Forest and the Factory by Chavez and Neel. It's more of a speculative piece on non-capitalist production and innovation, but an enjoyable read. They are both great writers.
