If the person is neutral, they could spend a billion lifetimes speaking of the evils of the empire and still wouldn't have gotten the right to speak anything bad or even neutral about AES countries, or any Global South country for that matter, in the context of imperialist attacks and such. So when someone starts a conversation saying how they dislike 'insert Global South leader name here', they've already outed themselves as agents for imperialism...
