Stupid, wants to join a military for killing Russians and Chinese citizens, and defends American interests when "legally done via Congress". He's a Democrat in every way.
Got it. I assumed bad faith because assuming people are that fucking stupid without visible brain damage would lead to me being a worse person real quick, so blocked it.

The only territories that the USA controls are ones with US Citizens. Other territories under their protection are self-governing commonwealths, which are over a century old (or a result of lands formerly colonized by the WWII Japanese Empire), few, and far between.
