The southern area of the capital, near a major military base, was also without electricity, according to Reuters.

This’ll probably wind up being a bad thing but I don’t think anyone will be upset about Maduro. It’d be a real shame if he didn’t listen to the flight attendants and took off his seatbelt and accidentally fell out of the plane and landed in a volcano.

But that doesn’t justify the US kidnapping him. This is…insane.
